Duties Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently to uphold sanitation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, including counters, sinks, floors, and storage spaces. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Organize and store kitchen supplies, ensuring all items are properly labeled and rotated. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods and special events. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly and efficiently. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills. Previous experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus.
