As a Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running efficiently by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Your work directly supports our chefs and front-of-house team, helping ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish station throughout each shift Assist with kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining sanitation standards Support the kitchen team by putting away clean dishes, cookware, and deliveries as needed Help with basic food prep tasks when requested by the culinary team Ensure cleaning supplies and dishwashing equipment are properly stocked and maintained Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous dishwasher or restaurant experience is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Anchora Osteria?
