Opening May 2025, Capriciano is an upscale Italian seafood osteria where every role is valued and respected. The dish team is the backbone of our kitchen — without you, nothing runs. We are looking for someone reliable, fast, and hardworking who takes pride in keeping a professional kitchen running at its best. No experience necessary — we will train the right person. Duties Wash, sanitize, and restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment continuously throughout service Keep the dish station organized, functional, and safe throughout the shift Supply the line with clean cookware and the dining room with polished glassware and silverware in real time Assist with basic prep tasks and kitchen support duties as directed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen floor, mats, and service areas Take out trash, recycling, and compost regularly throughout the shift Assist with end-of-night deep clean including mopping floors and cleaning equipment Follow all safety and sanitation protocols Experience Prior dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required — we will train Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment for extended periods Physical stamina — ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability for evening and weekend shifts
