We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and service environment. This is an important role that helps our kitchen and front-of-house teams run smoothly. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked Take out trash and recycling and maintain clean waste areas Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house Assist with basic prep and kitchen cleaning as needed Help receive, organize, and put away deliveries Maintain cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and other designated areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Support the kitchen and service team wherever needed What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Comfortable being on your feet and doing physical work for an entire shift Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Restaurant experience is helpful but not required What We Offer A positive, supportive, and community-focused work environment A workplace centered around hospitality, education, and great wine Full time and Part time positions
