This position is an important part of our dining services team and helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for our residents. Schedule Wednesday (AM Shift) Thursday (AM Shift) Saturday (AM Shift) Sunday (PM Shift) Part-time position Specific shift hours to be discussed during the interview Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dishwashing area, kitchen, and related work areas clean and organized. Assist with maintaining a sanitary and safe kitchen environment. Properly store clean dishes and kitchen equipment. Take out trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning as needed. Follow all community, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures. Work cooperatively with the kitchen and dining services team. Treat residents, guests, and coworkers with courtesy and respect. Qualifications & Requirements Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow instructions and communicate effectively with coworkers. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled days. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift and push 35+ pounds . Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous dishwashing, restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
