About Us Wine Country Catering is an established catering company serving Temecula Valley and the surrounding areas. We specialize in weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations and are looking for a dependable team member to help keep our commercial kitchen running efficiently. Position Summary We are seeking an On-Call Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This position primarily works Sundays and Mondays , cleaning and resetting the kitchen after weekend catering events. Additional shifts may be available during busy seasons and for special events. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work in a friendly, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, serving equipment, and kitchen tools Operate and maintain the commercial dishwasher Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitized Take out trash and recycling as needed Assist with basic kitchen cleanup and organization Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable Able to work independently and efficiently Ability to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 40 pounds Restaurant, catering, or commercial kitchen experience is preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation Schedule Primarily Sundays and Mondays On-call based on catering schedule Hours vary depending on event volume Opportunity for additional shifts during peak seasons Why Join Wine Country Catering?
