About the role:

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding department, reporting into the Stewarding leadership.

What you will do:

Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils Maintain the silver polishing program Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner What we offer:
