About Us Chaton Bakery is a new dessert and boba shop, soon to open in Aurora, Colorado. We carefully curate and create desserts inspired by flavors and techniques from many parts of the world—treats that are often hard to find in the area. Every item is made with intention, care, and respect for where it comes from.

What It's Like to Work With Us We are a fast-paced, customer-focused shop, especially during peak hours. Team members are expected to work efficiently, stay organized, and handle a high volume of orders and transactions with care and accuracy. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to keep dishes, tools, and work areas clean and organized, supporting daily operations and assisting with basic prep tasks as needed. Attention to detail, clear communication, and a positive attitude are essential. We are looking for team members who are dependable, willing to learn, and excited to grow with us as we build something special together. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and consistency Punctual and dependable Prior café, bakery, or food service experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and equipment efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed Support bakers and café staff by keeping tools and work areas clean and ready Properly handle, store, and rotate clean dishes and equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Take out trash and recycling and keep waste areas clean Report equipment issues or supply shortages to the Head Chef or Manager Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule Opening Shift:

8:30 AM - 3:00

PM Closing Shift:
