This role is essential to keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently while supporting food prep to ensure fast, high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and prep area.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety standards.
• Take out trash.
• Prep a variety of simple items and adhere to the recipe.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus.
