Varies Responsibilities Dishwashing and Equipment Operation:

Operate industrial dishwashers, glass washers, and a 3-compartment sink; wash dishes and items by hand when necessary.

Sanitation and Cleaning:

Follow sanitation policies, clean trash receptacles, stock hand washing supplies, and frequently sanitize table tops and galley equipment.

Galley Maintenance:

Broom and mop the galley area as needed; perform occasional deep cleaning of restaurant areas.

Equipment Cleaning:

Clean deep fat fryers, grills, and flat tops as needed to ensure proper operation.

Team Support:

Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, and follow supervisors' instructions.

Qualifications Age and Physical Stamina:

Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for the entire shift.

Physical Abilities:

Capable of bending, stooping, using hands continuously, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally.

Environmental Conditions:

Ability to work in hot and/or humid environments.

Shift Flexibility:

Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with shift timings.
