BARna
This role will primarily work AM shifts, with occasional dinner shifts as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Working the line during busy match-day servicePreparing and executing menu items consistentlyCompleting prep and maintaining station readinessFollowing recipes, portioning, and presentation standardsMaintaining food safety and sanitation standardsKeeping a clean and organized stationSupporting the BOH team during high-volume service
This is more than a dishwashing position. Our Porter plays an important role in keeping BARna clean, safe, organized, and ready for our guests and team.
Responsibilities include:
Washing dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipmentMaintaining a clean and organized dish areaCleaning FOH and BOH areas throughout the restaurantSweeping and mopping floorsCleaning restrooms and common areasTaking out trash and recyclingCleaning kitchen work areas and equipmentRestocking cleaning supplies and restaurant necessitiesAssisting with opening, ongoing, and closing cleaning dutiesHelping the BOH and FOH teams as needed
