This is a hands-on role combining dishwashing and food prep - perfect for someone who takes pride in a clean, organized kitchen and wants to be part of a bakery team. What you'll do: Wash and sanitize dishes, pans, utensils, and production equipment throughout the shift Prep ingredients for next-day production (measuring, mixing, portioning, and other basic prep tasks as directed) Keep the kitchen, dish station, and storage areas clean and organized Break down and close the kitchen at the end of the night, following closing checklists Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Help unload and store deliveries as needed What we're looking for: Reliable and punctual — this is a closing shift, so consistency matters Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs Works well independently and as part of a small team Prior kitchen, dish, or food service experience is a plus but not required Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one)
