Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper bussing of dining areas. Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with safety regulations during catering or banquet events. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and storage areas throughout your shift. Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with event-specific cleaning needs. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting busy kitchen operations. Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools is advantageous.
