Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Kitchen Cleaner to join our team at Cucina Daniella. You will maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. This role focuses strictly on dishwashing, deep-cleaning food prep areas, floor care, and waste removal. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining top-tier kitchen hygiene to support our artisan food production.

Key Responsibilities Washing & Sanitizing Dishwashing:

Wash, sanitize, and properly store pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, and service ware.

Equipment Cleaning:

Clean and sanitize food preparation machinery, meat slicers, and mixing bowls safely.

Surface Hygiene:

Wipe down and sanitize prep tables, cutting boards, and stainless steel counters.

Facility Maintenance Floor Care:

Sweep and mop kitchen floors, prep areas, dish washing zones, and walk-in coolers.

Waste Management:

Empty, clean, and re-line trash, recycling, and compost bins throughout the shift.

Restocking:

Monitor and restock cleaning chemicals, paper towels, soaps, and sanitation supplies.

Deep Cleaning:

Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks on ovens, hoods, refrigeration units, and storage shelves.

Required Qualifications Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, work in a wet environment, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
