Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly. Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling pizza toppings, and setting up workstations for the culinary team. Support the pizza-making process by preparing dough, managing toppings, and ensuring quality standards are met. Uphold food safety and handling protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment for customers. Contribute to catering and banquet setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service events. Support overall kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred. Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning standards, and safety regulations. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts. Experience in culinary environments such as kitchens, hotels, or catering services is a plus. Knowledge of bussing, serving, cooking, and general food preparation techniques will enhance your success in this role.
