In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient operation in our food service environment. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in supporting the overall dining experience by ensuring that all items are properly cleaned and ready for use. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen tools using appropriate cleaning methods. Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning stations efficiently. Sort and organize clean items for storage or immediate use. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, sinks, and related equipment. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation standards are met. Assist with basic kitchen cleanup tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks reliably.
