Responsibilities Include:

Loading and unloading dishwashing machine Washing specific items by hand Correctly storing clean dishes, glasses and equipment Removing garbage regularly Cleaning kitchen areas, including floors, walls and ceiling Assisting in daily bulk prep projects (ex. portion pasta, peel & cut carrots, etc)

Requirements:

Previous work experience as a dishwasher at a full-service restaurant Ability to work in a fast paced environment Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines Availability to work weekend and evening shifts Standing and walking for up to 8 hour shifts Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting and carrying various items Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Over 18yrs old
