WHAT YOU WILL DO

Ensure all trash is disposed of accordingly Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, woodwork and display cases Take out trash and recycling, break down boxes, and keep the loading area clean Sweep and mop back-of-house and front-of-house floors, clean drains, and maintain the dish area Help receive and put away deliveries Follow all sanitation and chemical safety procedures Perform duties as directed by management

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds as required to perform job responsibilities Ability to work in varying temperature environments (including hot ovens, refrigeration areas, and ambient kitchen conditions) Ability to safely work around common food allergens
