MARKYS CAVIAR
Lounge is a small private gourmet restaurant with an intimate atmosphere and a close-knit, friendly team, located at the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will pay an essential part in maintaining cleanliness, kitchen hygiene, and organization to ensure smooth daily operations.Responsibilities:
- Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, flatware, etc.
- Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen prep stations clean and organized.
- Handle trash removal and routine sanitization throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Punctual, organized, and dedicated to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is a plus
- Russian language is a plus
Schedule:
Evening shifts: Sunday- Thursday, 4:00 PM
- 11:00 PM Friday
Saturday:
4:00 PM- 12:00 AM Rotating days off
Job Type:
