Duties Wash, sanitize, polish and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace Experience with kitchen or culinary tasks such as food preparation or catering is a plus Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Prior banquet or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory All applicants must be 18 years or older due to job qualifications.
