Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the Kitchen and Front of House and occasionally assisting with food preparation. Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean floors and restrooms of the restaurant
• Keep work areas organized and stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
