Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards. Keep dish pit and kitchen areas clean Assist with trash and nightly cleaning duties Help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and organization Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup for service or catering events. Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean items for cooking and serving. Maintain a positive attitude while working efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Experience with food handling, cleaning protocols, or kitchen operations will be advantageous. Familiarity with banquet or catering environments enhances your ability to support large-scale events.
