Duties Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for incoming guests Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or organizing supplies under supervision Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations and clearing after service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal Ensure food handling safety protocols are followed during dishwashing and food prep activities Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Experience Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing, cleaning, or basic food handling skills Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various service environments Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is advantageous Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences by keeping our kitchens spotless and our tables ready!
