Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, sinks, and storage areas. Assist with bussing tables and clearing food service areas during busy service times. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and assisting with basic culinary duties. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety standards. Help with catering and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup afterward. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all staff. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency.
