Unarmed Security Officer - Bar Security

Duties Monitor entry and exit points to control access and verify identification of patrons, staff, and vendors Manage conflicts or disturbances with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders Enforce venue policies related to alcohol consumption, crowd control, and behavior standards to ensure compliance and safety Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities, security breaches, or unusual occurrences Use surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity and prevent loss prevention issues Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security best practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrols across the venue efficiently Effective communication skills for interacting with patrons, staff, and emergency responders Class D Security License Required Join us if you're passionate about creating safe environments where people can enjoy themselves freely!
