Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter/Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency required in a fine dining environment. Previous dishwasher experience is required. Candidates with fine dining experience are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment efficiently and consistently Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish station and kitchen areas at all times Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, trash removal, and deep cleaning projects Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady flow of clean tools and equipment during service Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed

Requirements Mandatory:
