Rome's Flavours is preparing to open our new Mount Dora location, and we're building our opening kitchen team.

We are currently hiring for:

• Line Cooks
• Prep Cooks
• Dishwashers We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional, team-focused kitchen.

Line Cook /

Prep Cook Responsibilities:

• Preparing fresh ingredients and completing daily prep
• Working assigned stations during service
• Following recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
• Keeping stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Assisting with receiving, storage, and general kitchen organization

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the dish area clean and organized
• Maintaining clean floors, trash areas, and kitchen workspaces
• Assisting with kitchen cleaning and organization
• Helping with light prep and deliveries when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual team members
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates
• Italian kitchen experience is a plus for cook positions
