Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient organization when needed. Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for use. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and bussing of dishes during service hours. Adhere to cleaning schedules and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or supporting catering events is highly desirable. Ability to operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
