Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, disposing of waste as needed and cleaning kitchen equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients for cooking. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
