Palm Beach, Florida Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at a fast-paced, full-service Italian restaurant. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized to support the culinary team and maintain our high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen floors Assist with trash removal and recycling throughout the shift Support kitchen staff by keeping dishware stocked and readily available Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures Help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness including sweeping and mopping Assist with basic kitchen tasks or prep when needed Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with a positive attitude Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
