Panther National , located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Dishwasher ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen to prevent health and safety hazards. Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and small wares in accordance with equipment guidelines and club standard operating procedures. Immediately report all accidents, illnesses, near-miss incidents, or broken equipment to the manager on duty or supervisor. Understand and perform required duties during emergency situations. SERV Safe certification required. Job Summary (Essential Functions) Responsible for the general cleanliness and organization of the main kitchen dish area and other food and beverage prep areas. Ensures all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, and glassware are properly washed and stored. Key Responsibilities Arrive on time and dressed according to uniform standards. Follow all uniform and appearance guidelines. Wash, sanitize, and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. Ensure daily cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in coolers, freezers, sweeping, and mopping. Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly and monitor hourly for fullness. Properly break down and dispose of all cardboard and recycling, including walk-in cooler breakdowns. Log dish machine temperature daily. Clean the ice machine monthly. Clean and refill hand sinks with soap and towels daily. Organize and clean under pot sinks. Break down staff meal area daily by 12:30 PM.
Conduct daily cleaning of:
dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, kitchen hoods and exhaust system, floors, prep tables, and equipment. Ensure all wares are returned to the proper locations. No dirty dishes left in the prep trailer; all dishes must be returned to the service trailer. Restock unused dishes in the dry storage trailer. Incorporate safe work practices at all times. Clean, wash, and sanitize all wares at the end of each shift and clean the kitchen area after closing. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen mats daily. Perform other duties as assigned. Availability to work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Reliable transportation is required for punctual attendance.
