Encore Live is a high-energy live music venue and grill featuring great food, cold drinks, and live entertainment. We are looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team. Our kitchen team handles all aspects of food service—from prep and cooking to cleaning and closing. We believe in teamwork, accountability, and creating an exceptional guest experience every night. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock stations before service Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation Work efficiently during busy live music events and peak service times Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and inventory rotation Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas Participate in opening and closing duties Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications Previous line cook, prep cook, grill cook, or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
