Dishwasher Overview:

Our Dishwashers contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning cooking utensils and smallwares. You will assist in maintaining clean work areas and restaurant equipment, managing multiple priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operate an industrial dishwasherWash pots, pans, and other cooking equipmentWash plates, glasses, pots, pans, trays, and flatwareTransfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shiftMaintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicalsEmpty and clean all trash receptaclesFollow all sanitation policiesMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the workdayContribute to an overall positive and collaborative environmentHelp line cooks properly prep, store, and date foodClean and organize kitchen equipmentOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous dishwasher experience preferredGood oral communication skillsHardworking with a positive and upbeat attitudeComfortable working with a team in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to work a night schedule that includes holidays and weekendsSkilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the positionAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavyAble to stand for extended periods of timeAble to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
