Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items for service Support the culinary team during busy periods by bussing tables and clearing plates in dining areas Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by regularly sanitizing workstations, floors, and storage areas Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Aid in catering setups and banquet events by preparing necessary supplies and assisting with food presentation Help with general cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies as needed Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Knowledge of basic food handling practices and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude; ability to work efficiently under pressure Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to all health regulations Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by joining us as a Dishwasher/Food Prep team member.
