What you'll do: Hand-lay and vacuum-bag fiberglass/composite layups on hulls and structural components Take work through gelcoat, fairing, and final finish Work directly on active builds for our Inspected Vessels line What we're looking for: Proven lamination experience (marine, aerospace, or composites manufacturing all count) Finish/gelcoat experience is a strong plus tell us if you have it Attention to detail and comfort working to tight tolerances Why work here: Original in-house designs, not licensed or copied Small team, forward-thinking approach, real room to grow We don't make you choose between laminating and finishing if you can do both, you're paid like it
