Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans following health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, dishwashing machines, and storage areas Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or prepping ingredients when needed Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards across the kitchen Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and bussing duties during service periods Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace to prevent accidents or contamination Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
