Expectations for Dishwasher include sweeping/mopping floors and general cleaning duties throughout the location, both interior and exterior. This job may require early starts and/or late finishes. This job is well-suited for efficient & reliable individuals who enjoy a pivotal role with the stamina and physical ability to lift heavy items.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform duties of Dishwasher Kitchen Steward as requested; Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans - using dishwashers or by hand Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition Sort and remove trash; Clean garbage cans with water or steam Sweep, mop or scrub floors; Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment Stock supplies, such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, or refrigerators Receive and store supplies; Assist with loading or unloading trucks that transport food and/or supplies Perform other detailed cleaning duties and team assistance as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds; Ability to manually move, lift, carry, pull, and/or push heavy objects and materials Ability to walk and stand for long durations; Also, to stoop, kneel, bend, and/or reach repeatedly.
