Dishwasher / Busser Job Overview Golden Nights is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our restaurant team. This position is responsible for keeping the kitchen, dish area, and dining areas clean and organized while supporting our servers and kitchen staff during service. We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in cleanliness, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Operate the commercial dishwasher safely and properly Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked Clear and clean tables promptly and assist with resetting tables for incoming guests Support servers by keeping the dining area clean and organized Sweep and mop kitchen and dining areas as needed Empty trash and properly dispose of waste Assist with general restaurant cleaning throughout the shift Help with basic kitchen prep or other support tasks when needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Maintain a steady workflow during busy service periods Work as part of the team to keep restaurant operations running smoothly Qualifications Restaurant, dishwasher, or bussing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Positive attitude and willingness to help the team Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry restaurant supplies and equipment Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled Join the Golden Nights team and be part of a growing restaurant and entertainment experience focused on great food, hospitality, and exceptional service.
