Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to keep kitchen operations running seamlessly Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and clearing plates to support the culinary team Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including floors, sinks, and work surfaces, adhering to health and safety standards Support catering events and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures when dealing with dishware and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
