Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas. This position involves not only washing dishes but also assisting with food preparation and ensuring that the dining experience is exceptional for our guests. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Assist in bussing tables, clearing away used dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols for handling food products. Assist with catering events or banquets as required, ensuring all service needs are met efficiently. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is advantageous. Experience in bussing, food preparation, or culinary roles is a plus. A background in catering or banquet service will be beneficial for this position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.
