Bus tables by clearing dirty dishes and resetting them for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors. Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by providing assistance with food handling and service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, food preparation, and cooking techniques is highly desirable. Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
