Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth flow of food service operations.. The Dishwasher will work closely with culinary and service staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Support food preparation activities as needed, including basic food handling and cleaning tasks Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly used Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Basic culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
