From Pasquale Pascarella, of the Porchetta Group, who brought authentic Italian Cuisine to Atlanta with Rosso, White Bull & Grana.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with the Executive Chef to learn daily work tasks and assist with basic prep. Operate and maintain the dish machine, and manually wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Sort, stack, and quickly restock clean plateware, glassware, and equipment for the line. Maintain sanitation standards as communicated by the health department. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, dish pit, and shared kitchen floors, including regular trash removal. Perform work assignments efficiently to keep up with the fast pace of service. Communicate low inventory of food items, cleaning supplies, or dishwashing chemicals. Complete any other assignments as directed by Kitchen Management.
