Full Job Description Duties:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly stored
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Follow all safety and health regulations when handling food
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
• Help with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
• Assist with catering events as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
