Job Description

The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment in the kitchen. This position is also responsible for sanitation, and washing of all dishes used in Food and Beverage outlets.
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Maintain a high level of cleaning and sanitation daily. Cleaning of all equipment in kitchen and dishwashing area daily. Cleaning of satellite stations and equipment daily.
