#PM dishwasher position {

!!} #Typical hours would be: 5:00pm-9:30pm weekdays, 5:00pm-10:00pm weekends. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following proper food safety sanitizing procedures. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team. Clear tables and bussing duties to maintain cleanliness in dining areas. Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Follow strict sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with kitchen health and safety standards. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots or crates of supplies with proper technique. Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties to uphold sanitation and safety protocols. Skills Strong understanding of food handling, sanitation, and food safety management practices. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation including dishwashers and basic cooking tools. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting. Familiarity with knife skills and basic food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
