This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Keep kitchen, dining, and service areas clean and organized. Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling. Remove trash and maintain proper sanitation throughout the shift. Restock supplies and help keep workstations ready for service. Follow food-safety, cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Assist kitchen and restaurant team members during busy periods. Complete other general restaurant support tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, kitchen, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant tasks. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
