Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers . Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
