Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks during busy service periods. Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring timely cleaning of service items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation during peak hours. Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene. Previous experience in food service or hotel catering is preferred but not required. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Willingness to help out in various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing as needed.
