Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling simple ingredients when needed Support the kitchen team by clearing and resetting tables during busy service periods Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a hygienic environment Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service or catering events Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Experience with bussing, food preparation, or catering environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues Basic knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations related to kitchen experience Familiarity with cleaning procedures for commercial kitchens and dining spaces Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary Embark on a rewarding journey where your effort directly contributes to memorable dining moments!
